Turn that Flab into Washboard Abs!!!! Building up Those Shoulders!!

            Hey guys its me again and I am going to tell you how to make your shoulders like cinderblocks. For this workout you will need dumbbells and some room to spread your arms. Then simply all you need to do is take a dumbbell in each hand then make your arms go parallel with your dumbbells in each hand. Then you need to hold the bells for about 30 seconds then drop. Now do this 10 times a day.
By the second rep you will start to feel it. But also you need to find the right weight. Just use a weight thats heavy but not to heavy you have trouble holding it up. After doing this for about a week you will start to see your shoulders become defined. Well this is another post from The Fit Nation!!
