Turn that Flab into Washboard Abs!!! Workouts to Help you get Those Abs

    Hey guys whats up and from now on im calling anyone that follows me the Fit Nation. We are going to show everyone how to get in shape and get those abs that they want. So for the first post as the Fit Nation  i am going to tell you about some workout that will help sculpt your abs.
   So the first workout is going to be the plank it is a simple but strenuous workout that will help sculpt that stomach into a hard wall of steel. So what you want to do is get down on the ground and extend your feet as if for a push up. Then instead of using your hands to support you use your elbows, like so in the picture.
         Now as this shows on the chart you should try to go as long as you can but dont just stop at 2 minutes that's not what the Fit Nation does, no we go for twice that time or even longer. But seriously just try your hardest with this workout and youll get those abs no problem.
        The second workout is the same thing except you do it on your side. Now this workout is called a side plank, it works out your outer abs so you dont have abs in the front and you can see your ribs on the side. You want to get into the same position as before , but the you want to transition onto one elbow as shown in the picture. Now you want to try the same thing and hold as long as possible this will make sure you get the little flab over the sides of your pants. That is what i called overflow but hey remember you can always trim off that overflow by using these workouts and the many more i post about.
