Exercise of the Week!!! Turn That Flab into Washboard Abs!!!

    Hey guys its me again and I just wanted to bring you another exercise of the week. This week I want you to do some stair climbing. Okay all you need for this is your legs and a set of stairs, but what I want you to do is run up the stairs as fast as you can and then back down as fast as you can, you will need to do this about 3-5 times each day. This will work out your legs extensively and it will help boost your cardio.  Now I have mentioned this before in some of my other post you need to take in more calories and protein if you want to lose weight and gain the body you want. The calories and protein boost your metabolism and burns that fat, then the protein helps to sculpt your body.
