Exercise of the Day!!!

 Today's exercise will be squats, now with these squats what I want you to do is get either a 25,35, or 45 pound weight and put it above you head with you arms out as far as they can go. After this you will do 15 squats marine corp count.. Which is 1,2,3, ONE. After that you will take a 10 second break. After the first set of squats the second set will be with the weight out in front of you so probably use a little lighter weight. And that will be the workout of the day. Tip of the Day


 A helpful tip to everyone, remember exercising alone isn't enough to get you fit and in shape you need to eat right. But also know what types of food to eat and when. First off, right after a workout eat a lot of protein again A LOT OF PROTEIN!! Whether from protein powder or food you need it to rebuild the muscles in your body. Also try to stay away from any sugars like candy and ice cream or other sweets. Also only eat large amounts of carbs before a workout never after. Try not to drink dairy ( unless with protein shakes) try to drink more water. Alright that is my daily tip of the day so go out there Ab Spartans and kick ass!!!

Workout of the Day

Hello everybody!! Today's workout should be pretty simple I want you to do 10 push-ups, then you will do 10 burpees. After that do 20 crunches and 30 leg lifts. Alright everyone get out there and get this workout done NOW!!!!

Tip of the Day

A helpful tip to everyone is to always hydrate everyday. Also you need to constantly hit the gym. But that isn't enoufh you need to eat healthy as well that means plenty of protein and veggies mainly green. With this you will be one step closer to the body you want. RETURN OF THE DAILY WORKOUT!!!

Hey everyone how you doing its me again. So today the daily workout will be a 3 mile run. Now with this run you can take it as slow or as fast as you want but just pace yourself so that you don't run out of breath or pass out. Remember you need to drink plentynof water before, during, and after the run. If you arent sweating you arent working hard enough. Also you neex to stretch very well before and after your run. Turn that Flab into Washboard Abs. RETURN!!!!

      Hey everyone I am very sorry that I havent been able to post anything for so long. I was having rough times in my family and then I am joining the United States Marine Corps. Which means that I know a lot more workouts. So for this great return I will announce there will be an Excercise of the Day. ( Instead of Week) So todays excercise of the day is the triple threat, this workout is a Marine workout. You will begin by laying on your back an place your hands under your butt. Then you lift you your legs straight out then 6inches in the air. Then you do scissor kicks, you do a Marine count which goes 1,2,3,ONE. 1,2,3,TWO. All the way to 15. Then you bring your legs back to 6 inches and hold for 10 by Marine count. Then you will start 15 leg lifts by Marine count. After this You will bring your legs back 6 inches and hold for 15 by Marine count. Then you will do side leg opens for 15 by marine count. Then you will go back to 6 inches and hold for 20 by Marine count. After this you will have completed the excercise well I hope this is a helpful tip to Turn that Flab into Washboard Abs. I'm glad to be back and rolling on the ball, so look out for more helpful tips.
