Turn that Flab into Washboard Abs!!! Try to go to Different Events!!!

   Hey guys I'm back for another session of how to turn that flab into washboard abs.Now this post will be telling you some fun activities that can actually help you lose weight and keep them off.
   One of these events is for hardcore people who will do anything and everything from doing obstacles to going through mud and this is called the spartan race. This has four levels of competitive skill but it is very difficult you have to crawl under barbed wire and climb over ten foot obstacles. This is mainly for people who are looking for fun but hard training.
    Now another game is dodge ball, I know it sounds ridiculous but hey think of how much your moving and all the muscles you are using. Every now and then you might get some pain from being pegged but hey it's fun all in all.
    Another way to lose weight and have fun with it is to dance. It doesn't matter what type of dancing you do just try to stick with something that has a fast pace beat or something that actually requires you to move. Whether it be new booty dancing or old 70's dancing just remember keep moving that body!!!
