Turn that Flab into Washboard Abs!!! Workout of the Week!!

 Hey guys I'm back and I'm letting you know that I am going to start posting a weekly workout that I would want you to do everyday of the week. With saying that this weeks workout is the burpie. As in the video that is how you do a burpie. Now what I want you to do is do about 10-20 of these each day for a week. This will be a great cardio workout as well as workout your legs and arms. This will also help to boost energy levels if you do this daily and heck go beyond what I just told you to do try to do it as many times as possible during the day.
