Turn that Flab into Washboard Abs!!!! Building up Those Shoulders!!

            Hey guys its me again and I am going to tell you how to make your shoulders like cinderblocks. For this workout you will need dumbbells and some room to spread your arms. Then simply all you need to do is take a dumbbell in each hand then make your arms go parallel with your dumbbells in each hand. Then you need to hold the bells for about 30 seconds then drop. Now do this 10 times a day.
By the second rep you will start to feel it. But also you need to find the right weight. Just use a weight thats heavy but not to heavy you have trouble holding it up. After doing this for about a week you will start to see your shoulders become defined. Well this is another post from The Fit Nation!! Exercise of the Week!!!

   Hey guys its me again I'm sorry I haven't posted anything lately I have had college classes along with family issues but hey I'm back so this weeks exercise of the week is doing 25 push ups a night and in the morning. This will jump start your morning and help the muscle build over night. This is a simple but good workout for your upper body. Well hey guys I'll probably post one tomorrow so as always come here to turn that flab into washboard abs!!! The Fit Nation!!!

Turn that Flab into Washboard Abs!!! Workout of the Week!!

 Hey guys I'm back and I'm letting you know that I am going to start posting a weekly workout that I would want you to do everyday of the week. With saying that this weeks workout is the burpie. As in the video that is how you do a burpie. Now what I want you to do is do about 10-20 of these each day for a week. This will be a great cardio workout as well as workout your legs and arms. This will also help to boost energy levels if you do this daily and heck go beyond what I just told you to do try to do it as many times as possible during the day. Turn that Flab into Washboard Abs!!! Workouts to Help you get Those Abs

    Hey guys whats up and from now on im calling anyone that follows me the Fit Nation. We are going to show everyone how to get in shape and get those abs that they want. So for the first post as the Fit Nation  i am going to tell you about some workout that will help sculpt your abs.
   So the first workout is going to be the plank it is a simple but strenuous workout that will help sculpt that stomach into a hard wall of steel. So what you want to do is get down on the ground and extend your feet as if for a push up. Then instead of using your hands to support you use your elbows, like so in the picture.
         Now as this shows on the chart you should try to go as long as you can but dont just stop at 2 minutes that's not what the Fit Nation does, no we go for twice that time or even longer. But seriously just try your hardest with this workout and youll get those abs no problem.
        The second workout is the same thing except you do it on your side. Now this workout is called a side plank, it works out your outer abs so you dont have abs in the front and you can see your ribs on the side. You want to get into the same position as before , but the you want to transition onto one elbow as shown in the picture. Now you want to try the same thing and hold as long as possible this will make sure you get the little flab over the sides of your pants. That is what i called overflow but hey remember you can always trim off that overflow by using these workouts and the many more i post about.

Some Workout Routines that can Turn that Flab into Washboard Abs!!!!

  Hey guy I'm back to give you some more advice to turn that flab into washboard abs. Well this time I will talk about some routines you should do.
  So for the first routine I want to show you is the downward dog. This is a yoga position but you can turn it into many workout ideas.
 First get into the position and then slowly roll your body forward into a push up position then go into the position to the right. Then you need to roll back into the downward dog the same way. This will work everything in your upper body including your back muscles. It will be a great exercise for you.















      Now the next workout position will be the wall squat. This is a position that you need a wall as you can see and you need to try to stay in this position for as long as possible. The first time you need to try it for 30 seconds and every time you complete it successfully the next time you add 30 seconds.

      And finally the last exercise is the inverted push up now what you need is like a chair or a box so that you can put your feet up on it. Now like a normal push up you want to try to go down until your nose touches the ground. This will extensively workout your shoulders and arms.

Turn that Flab into Washboard Abs!!! Try to go to Different Events!!!

   Hey guys I'm back for another session of how to turn that flab into washboard abs.Now this post will be telling you some fun activities that can actually help you lose weight and keep them off.
   One of these events is for hardcore people who will do anything and everything from doing obstacles to going through mud and this is called the spartan race. This has four levels of competitive skill but it is very difficult you have to crawl under barbed wire and climb over ten foot obstacles. This is mainly for people who are looking for fun but hard training.
    Now another game is dodge ball, I know it sounds ridiculous but hey think of how much your moving and all the muscles you are using. Every now and then you might get some pain from being pegged but hey it's fun all in all.
    Another way to lose weight and have fun with it is to dance. It doesn't matter what type of dancing you do just try to stick with something that has a fast pace beat or something that actually requires you to move. Whether it be new booty dancing or old 70's dancing just remember keep moving that body!!!

Turn that Flab into Washboard Abs!!!! Equipment to Use!! 1

       Today I'm going to tell you about some of the best pieces of equipment and exercises to help you get that six pack (and I'm not talking about the one at the store). So lets gt started with those abs!!

       Well the first piece of equipment I'm going to show you is the ab roller i myself think this is the best and finest way to get abs quick and easy. Now with the ab roller it can be a little difficult for when you have to roll out you have to stress the upper body a little more, but once you get the hang of it you'll have no problem.
Now with this workout you are going to start on your knees with the roller in front of you like the picture. Then your going to roll out to where your body will be parallel to the ground. Then the next step will be to come back up to the first position. Now you use this piece of equipment and you can turn that flab into washboard abs.

How to Lose Weight and Gain Endurance!!

      Hey guys its me again to help you turn that flab into washboard abs. Well this time I'm going to talk to you about losing weight and building endurance. Now this will be leaning more towards a military workout which is always more endurance but after a while it will build you up. Now with these workouts you still need to eat right with my previous postings.
      Now one of the first workouts is the push-up. now you will need to do as many as you can do the first workout then that will give you an estimate of how many you should try to reach each time you workout. after about three weeks of doing the estimated amount of push-ups and at the end of the third week you need to try to do as many push-ups as possible and then get your next estimate.If you continue this simple workout you can start to define and build your shoulders,chest,upper abs, and your back near your shoulder blades. Now this is a simple yet great workout but remember you still need to eat right.
     The next workout would be the crunch and the sit-up. Now I  think you know how to do this workout. Well what i want you to do is with the crunches go opposite elbow to opposite knee, this way you can workout your sides as well. With the sit up try to get a medium size workout or yoga ball and lay down on it to where your upper body is starting to go on the opposite side of the ball. Now like you would a normal sit-up take your upper body and curl it towards your thighs. Using the yoga ball will intensify your ab workout by ten fold.
   Now the final workout is running, now what you want to do is jog the mile. This will start to kick up your cardio. After about a week and a half of jogging the mile at least 5 times you are going to want to try to run mainly the whole thing if you run out of breath don't walk you need to jog until you can try to run again. Then after about a week of that you need to run the entire mile as fast as you can. Now if you want you can just keep running the mile but I suggest that you try to put on a mile every time you complete the previous mile. Well this all for today remember you still need to eat healthy and drink at least a gallon of water a day. Remember follow me if you want to turn that flab into washboard abs!!
