Exercise of the Week!!!

   Hey guys its me again I'm sorry I haven't posted anything lately I have had college classes along with family issues but hey I'm back so this weeks exercise of the week is doing 25 push ups a night and in the morning. This will jump start your morning and help the muscle build over night. This is a simple but good workout for your upper body. Well hey guys I'll probably post one tomorrow so as always come here to turn that flab into washboard abs!!! The Fit Nation!!!
