Products to Help you Gain Muscle!

Hey guys I'm here to bring you some more helpful tips to turn that flab into washboard abs. Now to day I'm going to show you some products that will help you gain the muscle you want easier and faster. Now today I'm going to talk about some of the products you can use to try and help yourself gain muscle fast.
Now i know your probably tired of searching for items and being hassled by store people so I'm going to tell you my top three choices.

  1) The Natural Way
       Now this means eating food such as Pb&j, deli meat sandwiches, chicken, etc. . Now this is probably the cheapest way to go and it might take a little longer but in the end it is still worth while. With this process you need to eat a lot of these foods right after working out so that the protein can get to the muscle right away. I myself like to use Pb&j because they are simple quick and easy to make.

  2) Whey Protein Powder
        Now whey protein is a powder that you mix with water or milk or can make into a smoothie. This is the best simple protein powder because it doesn't have any real bad side affects. It normally has 50 -60 grams of protein for to scoops this product cost about $20- $40 depending on what brand you get.
Since it cost more it obviously has probably better results.Using whey protein gets better more purified proteins to your muscles. I myself use whey protein.But remember to drink at least a half a gallon to a full gallon everyday when using whey protein.


  3) Creatine
      This is my final and quickest way to gain muscle fast. Creatine is probably the quickest way other than using steroids to gain muscle but it is also the most expensive and most dangerous.
   With creatine it not only has more protein per scoop it also takes water from your body to help make your muscles bigger thus dehydrating you. When using creatine you half to drink a gallon of water a day because some of the side affects are kidney disease. Since it has the highest protein intake it causes you  kidneys to get clogged with leftover protein which blocks it up.
    But with creatine if you drink plenty of water then you can avoid having this problem and you can gain an extensive amount of muscle in a few short weeks. Well thank you for reading comment and follow me if you like it.
