First Step in how to Turn that Flab into Washboard Abs!!

Hey guys I just want to help you teach how to take off those extra pounds that give you a muffin top. One of my first things I'm going to tell you is if your starving yourself you're doing more damage then good. What you actually need to do is eat foods with a lot more protein and calories. By now your like "what I have to eat more food" and yes that's what you need to do but that's not all. Now that you have the right calorie and protein intake remember the calories cannot come from junk food it has to come from something healthy or semi-healthy. Alright now if you have a gym membership or a home gym what I want you to do is stay away from the treadmill cause guess what that is just getting rid of all the calories your metabolism needs to get better. What you need to do is go to something with lifting weights or like squats, bench press , and or the workout machines with weight assistance. What this does is starts to work up your body and instead of just burning the calories and protein like a treadmill it puts the protein towards your muscles and the calories to help fuel you. Now what that your doing the workout do everything in 3 sets of 10-12 take about a 30 second break in between each set and each day your going to focus on one part of the body one day arms, then legs,then abs, and finally a day with all workouts combined and you put more weights on the workout. Well this is the first of many posts to help you turn that flab into washboard abs.
