Want to Gain Muscle an Easier Way?!!

  Well hey its me again with another short article this time on how to gain muscle in an easy way. Well first of all you need to eat a lot more calories because your going to be working out so you don't want to burn all the protein off too. What you want to try to eat is like foods with high protein actually a food that is good is a Pb&j . Its small quick and easy to make and you don't have to actually cook just bread, knife, jelly, and peanut butter. Other food would be stuff like chicken turkey you get the gist . Now if you want you can buy protein powder as well I would suggest whey protein it is more natural and is normally the cheapest. Now comes the part where you need to go the gym, okay when you go to the gym try to stay away from the treadmill or biking device and when you workout each time do a certain part of your body such as legs, arms, chest, and abs. Now that your at this part the next part will be what you do after the workout and this is the most important part you need to eat a bunch of protein after working out you need the protein to be able to set in the tears of the muscle from working them out. This will not only make them bigger but also more firm. Now if you use protein powder don't forget to drink a lot of water and I mean a lot. Now what you also want to do is stretch before and after working out this is so you don't pull or tear muscle while working out and stretch after so that you don't get lactic acid build up in your muscles and cause permanent damage.
