Exercise of the Day!!!

 Today's exercise will be squats, now with these squats what I want you to do is get either a 25,35, or 45 pound weight and put it above you head with you arms out as far as they can go. After this you will do 15 squats marine corp count.. Which is 1,2,3, ONE. After that you will take a 10 second break. After the first set of squats the second set will be with the weight out in front of you so probably use a little lighter weight. And that will be the workout of the day.
