Tip of the Day


 A helpful tip to everyone, remember exercising alone isn't enough to get you fit and in shape you need to eat right. But also know what types of food to eat and when. First off, right after a workout eat a lot of protein again A LOT OF PROTEIN!! Whether from protein powder or food you need it to rebuild the muscles in your body. Also try to stay away from any sugars like candy and ice cream or other sweets. Also only eat large amounts of carbs before a workout never after. Try not to drink dairy ( unless with protein shakes) try to drink more water. Alright that is my daily tip of the day so go out there Ab Spartans and kick ass!!!
