RETURN OF THE DAILY WORKOUT!!!

Hey everyone how you doing its me again. So today the daily workout will be a 3 mile run. Now with this run you can take it as slow or as fast as you want but just pace yourself so that you don't run out of breath or pass out. Remember you need to drink plentynof water before, during, and after the run. If you arent sweating you arent working hard enough. Also you neex to stretch very well before and after your run.
